Our Final Clean goes beyond construction dust and debris. We provide detailed maid-style cleaning throughout kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, fixtures, and floors so the home is truly ready for the final walkthrough and move-in.

Our detailed cleaning can include:

Our process begins with removing leftover construction debris, fine dust, and surface buildup throughout the home. We then complete detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, drawers, lighting and fixtures, trim, vents, ledges, and floors. Hard-surface floors are thoroughly vacuumed or swept and mopped, while cabinets and drawers receive special attention to remove dust that can settle inside, underneath, and around them.

From there, we address windows and glass and can also deep-clean air ducts before occupancy. The goal is a home that does not simply look finished, but feels completely clean and ready for the homeowner.
